I.T. Support (Logs)

9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday

Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer the call, there will be an automated answering system available to take messages in these times.

Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.

Onsite assistance guaranteed within 72 hours during the business week.

Hardware Support

SkillageIT will be responsible for all Hardware infrastructure Maintenance. Any hardware maintenance downtime will be provided.

Hardware Maintenance

SkillageIT will provide the appropriate dedicated hardware infrastructure for development, testing and production.

3rd Party Vendors

SkillageIT will manage all 3rd party vendor maintenance and support services for the hardware and network infrastructure.
